From a bit further testing, this seems to happen if you pull the trigger in the middle of the reload cycle. Can someone else verify this?

Further update: Lingering too long on the "Character Sheet" (roughly 10-15 seconds) also seems to be causing an Internal Error as well.

Deleting Save Data does not affect the issue. Deleted and reinstalled the game but still received the same error message.
